18“ Fired Copper Bird Bath with Garden Pole

The title says it all. Very happy with this purchase!

The bird bath arrived 2 days after I ordered it. That in itself was amazing. The size and height of this bird bath are perfect. I received a visit from a cat bird 20 minutes after I set up the bird bath. She not only took a drink but gave herself a bath as well. I was at first concerned that the lip was wide for smaller birds. But shortly after the cat bird left a sparrow came for a drink and had no issues. The fired copper is beautiful and the bird bath was easy to assemble. It also seems sturdy enough as well. I am very pleased with the quality and customer service of Good Directions.

My husband wanted a copper bird bath for Christmas. He is very hard to please. He loved the quality and the esthetics. Added plus, it was heavy! When he is happy, I am happy. Great job. You made me look good. Thank you,

...my sentiments regarding Good Directions Home! I am a first-time customer and have high praises, not just for the 18" Fired Copper Bird Bath w/ Garden Pole product, but for the integrity of the business as well. The bird bath is a beautiful work of art that functions perfectly as a clean, safe watering spot for our feathered friends. We love it and so do the birds! Upon receiving the product, I was surprised that the garden pole did not stand as high as indicated in a diagram on the website. After inquiring about the discrepancy, I was told by Customer Support that the error was theirs (and has since been corrected). Because it was an honest oversight, I was willing to purchase a pole extension to raise the height of the bird bath from the ground (raccoons). Instead Good Directions sent the part I needed at no cost to me! Good Directions didn't just meet my expectations, but far exceeded them! I'll be back to shop here again. Kudos to the owners/mangers for the lesson in how to run a business!
