Refund Policy


You may unconditionally return any Good Directions product within 30 (thirty) days from delivery for a full refund of the product price. Thereafter, product returns will be subject to the pertinent warranty terms and conditions.

If you wish to return a product within the first 30 days from delivery or if a product exhibits a defect covered by the pertinent limited warranty, the purchaser should promptly call the Good Directions, Inc. Customer Service Department at (800) 852-3002 or send an email to Product returns will only be accepted when a Return Authorization Number is issued by Good Directions, Inc. Returns should be sent to Good Directions, Inc., 20 Commerce Drive, Danbury, CT 06810. Proof of original purchase (dated) must accompany the returns.
