We cannot say enough great things about Good Directions! We ordered a really nice-looking rooster weathervane, which unfortunately and unexpectedly snapped, and the company immediately helped us out and made it right. They even went a step further to reach out and make sure we were happy with the new one. We would absolutely buy from this company again. It is so hard to find good customer service these days (sometimes you can't even get a human), but this family-run business reminds you of the "good ole' days."
